The building contacts access role gives users the ability to review alerts and details deemed appropriate for building contact-level notification. The list of individuals identified as building contacts is maintained by work management and only those approved by the work management director will be provided this role.

UF_N_PPD_ALERTS_INTERNALThe PPD alerts website is used by Physical Plant to provide outage notifications related to the services they provide. The internal access role gives users the ability to review all alerts and details that have been deemed “internal” notifications. This role is limited to supervisors/administrators within the PPD departments and any requests for this role must be approved by the PPD work management director.

The staff access role gives users the ability to create/update alerts within the PPD alerts website. This role is limited to the PPD work management staff and all requests for this role must be approved by the work management director.
