This role is for office of the dean personnel responsible for reviewing and approving eForms requests for course fees, such as Material and Supply fees and Equipment Use fees. When requesting the role, please include the type of course fees the user will be working with in the Authority Area field.

If the individual obtaining this role is not the College Dean please complete the M&S and EU Fee Dean Designee Form and submit to the University Budget office upon making the role request. The form is available on the web: http://cfo.ufl.edu/materials/materials.html.
