myTraining Core User Role –
This role is for training coordinators or instructional designers needing the ability to build learning activities and create reports in the myTraining system.
Note: When requesting this role, the DSA must enter “UF” (without the quotes) in the Authority Area. A user can only have one myTraining security role within myTraining.
This Core User role grants access in myTraining to allow the user to:
- Access the system as a Learner
- View, create, and edit all Learning Activity types and associated rosters
- Use the New Activity Wizard
- View, create, and edit Question Banks
- Create and edit evaluations
- Use Advanced Reporting to create and schedule reports, in addition to running reports that include training information on themselves, and individuals affiliated with their department
- Enroll learners in learning activities
Those with the Author Advanced role are not permitted to delete learning activities, question banks, or evaluations, or “release content.”
