Identity Registry Documentation

UF Enterprise Systems supports a set of applications and technologies that allow data to be integrated throughout the university and its diverse information systems. The UF Identity Registry is the sole source of contact information for University of Florida faculty, staff, and students, and many others in the university community.

The UF Identity Registry is a one-stop service for identity and contact information. When you manage this data accurately and timely, the UF Identity Registry provides updated information to all applications across campus that depend on the UF Identity Registry for up-to-date information. In short: we depend on you to ensure information accuracy!

UF policies and standards for Identity Management are available for review on the Information Technology Web site.
