Return Codes

Return Codes are specified database indicators used to describe the status of an activity involving APIs. Different API’s may be coded with a variable combination of the following comprehensive list of available codes.

  • + 00000000 = All ok
  • – 00000100 = Incomplete input data
  • – 00000102 = Duplicate SSN warning
  • – 00000103 = Duplicate SSN warning overridden
  • – 00000200 = Control lib record not found
  • – 00000300 = UF Directory record not found
  • – 00000330 = Person not found
  • – 00000360 = Organization not found
  • – 00000361 = Organization duplicate record
  • – 00000400 = Address not found
  • – 00000430 = Phone not found
  • – 00000440 = Address Phone Record not found
  • – 00000441 = Duplicate Address Phone
  • – 00000460 = Email not found
  • – 00000461 = Email dup rec (duplicate record)
  • – 00000500 = Identifier not found
  • – 00000503 = Identifier already exists
  • – 00000530 = CMAC (Computer Access ID) not found
  • – 00000531 = CMAC dup rec (duplicate record)
  • – 00000532 = Duplicate log entry
  • – 00000533 = Duplicate User ID
  • – 00000560 = Digital Credential not found
  • – 00000600 = Name not found
  • – 00000603 = Invalid Name Format
    (Type 21, 33, 34 must be formatted as LastName, FirstName MI,suffix – i.e., Jr, II or III)
  • – 00000630 = Type not found
  • – 00000640 = Extension not found
  • – 00000700 = Relationship not found
  • – 00000701 = Relationship duplicate record
  • – 00000702 = Relationship log duplicate record
  • – 00000703 = Relationship multiple record found
  • – 00000730 = County not found
  • – 00000760 = State not found
  • – 00000800 = Country not found
  • – 00000830 = Rule not found
  • – 00000880 = Extension not found
  • – 00000881 = Extension duplicate record
  • – 00000997 = Invalid application security registration
  • – 00000998 = User does not have security
  • – 00000999 = Severe Error
