UF_N_SM_HELP_DESK | This role is provided to only the UFIT Help Desk staff to support Service Management. This role grants access to add/edit solely service requests, and incidents and provides access to secure fields shared with the UFIT Security Group. Users of this role will have read ONLY access to Problem and Change Management. In addition, users will have access to the remote support application. This role is primarily for tier 1 employees, including student employees. Password Level (3) Training Requirements: OIT100 - ITSM Awareness |
UF_N_SM_INFO_SECURITY_MANAGER | This role is provided to only the central Information Security managers and their designees to support their respective area for Service Management. It provides them access to restricted fields for Security Management as well as the ability to access reports and approve various items (e.g. Change requests and Knowledge articles) along with the ability to add/edit service requests, incidents, changes and problems.
