UF_N_SM_APPROVERThis role provides the permissions required to approve various items (e.g. Change requests and Knowledge articles) along with the ability to add/edit service requests, incidents, changes and problems.

UF_N_SM_HELP_DESKThis role is provided to only the UFIT Help Desk staff to support Service Management. This role grants access to add/edit solely service requests, and incidents and provides access to secure fields shared with the UFIT Security Group. Users of this role will have read ONLY access to Problem and Change Management. In addition, users will have access to the remote support application. This role is primarily for tier 1 employees, including student employees.
